Refund policy

Returns of merchandise to the Flora-Bama Store will be accepted for merchandise purchased from Flora-Bama Online Store. Returns must occur within 30 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt to receive a full refund. The merchandise must be in original condition. The amount of the purchase (not including tax and shipping) will be applied only to the original form of payment and to the original account holder. If acceptable, a Merchandise Credit for the full purchase price will be given within 30 days of the date of purchase with a gift receipt. A Merchandise Credit will be issued in the amount of the current selling price of the merchandise for returns made after 30 days and without a receipt. Proper I.D. may be required.
